It can take as little as twenty seconds to jemmy open a typical
window lock. If that doesn't work, most ordinary friction hinges
can be levered open just as easily.
All of our windows are 'Saracen Secure' meaning that at the
turn of a handle a centre deadlock secures the window, as well
as shoot bolts, which locate into Cylon Composite keeps, secured
to the window frame. The bolts themselves are made from high
strength brass alloy, making the window virtually impossible
to force open so that you can relax and have peace of mind knowing
that your installation by Target is fitted with insurance approved
security features, saving you money on your insurance.
Extra security can be offered with glazing beads fitted internally
- preventing the removal of the glass from the outside.

Saracen friction hinges are made of high-grade stainless steel,
and lock deep into end caps made from ICI Verton - material
used in aerospace and automotive industries. All of this makes
the hinge four times more resistant to attack than conventional
